Pastificio La Fraiola Abruzzo

La Fraiola was founded in 1985 in Abruzzo by Cimaroli’s family, more precisely in Avezzano, in the Marsica region. Over the years the company has become famous thanks to the quality and authenticity of its products. In 2007 the family company gave birth to a manufacturing lab where they adopted the latest technologies for production such as the mono phase system. This system allows the producer to obtain sheets of pasta of different thicknesses with maximum two steps, in order to enhance the organoleptic properties of the finished product. The aim of “La Fraiola” is to let people know about the high quality, passion and professionality of the company all over the World.
